Open Letter to Varun Dhawan

Dear Varun,

Today I was watching The Anupam Kher Show where you and your father David Dhawan were invited. When you were talking it felt like someone among us was talking… a common man who has achieved something and who is a star, but doesn’t behave like the other stars, doesn’t throw tantrums, doesn’t showoff. I want to admit that you just won my heart. My wife and 2&1/2 year old daughter Sarah are your big fans from the beginning but today one more has joined the community of Varun Dhawan fans.

A person who keeps always his profile down-to-earth doesn’t have to worry with those who surround or who to go around for he is likely to get only those who are of his ilk and the real worth on the ground. The reputation is not essentially built by earning too much, learning too many things, achieving awards, bagging rewards or catapulting position to the hilt; but by unquestionably staying simple, humble , well grounded and doing nothing that makes own conscience to feel guilt.

Above lines describe you the best I guess. My wife Aparna and my daughter  Sarah always watch you whenever you are on TV. Because of them I watched  “Mission Sapney ” the program on Colors(Watch Here) where you came and helped a poor patiwala. It was a fantastic concept and many celebs helped many people but Varun Dhawan was different than others. I saw there was a real concern in your eyes, you wanted to help the poor fellow… I am also from a filmy background and I can easily catch who is acting… but you looked  different… I realised you wanted to utilise that opportunity to  generate maximum amount of revenue for the Patiwala. I really loved the way you talked, never showed off ( like many other stars), showed concerns for other’s problems,…. but the best part is you can talk like a human being(and not like a star). There is a doha which fits to your personality

Aisee Vani Boliye, Mun Ka Aapa Khoye
Apna Tan Sheetal Kare, Auran Ko Sukh Hoye –

Meaning

Speak such words, sans ego’s ploy
Body remains composed, giving the listener joy –

My wife asked me to write this letter to you, Varun Dhawan and I was more than happy to do so. I wish you will always be the same and please never change. There are very few people in the world who can talk like that (and I really wish that I could be one of them someday) . Mr. David Dhawan I am sure you must be very proud of your son and you should be. Varun I wish you a lot of success and health. My daughter Sarah has a message for you below.( She doesn’t know your name and calls you Palat[ to palat na….] and calls me Balli bhaiya. 😀

Warm Regards
